Caiti, Child/Adult Therapist

Specializes in ages 10-adults & Primary Substance Use

“I am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction by creating a safe and healing space for those who need it most. I work with both children and adults, addressing topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.”

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how people think, feel, and behave—a curiosity that inspired me to pursue a career in therapy. Growing up in a small town where mental health wasn’t openly discussed, I saw how addiction and emotional struggles could deeply impact individuals and families. These personal experiences, combined with my drive to create change, shaped my passion for helping others, especially in rural communities where access to mental health care can feel limited.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and laid-back. While I value understanding your history, I believe that focusing on the present is equally important in developing a holistic understanding of who you are and how we can move forward together.

My goal is to help you achieve a place of healing where you feel empowered to take control of your life and work toward your personal goals. I strive to create an atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable enough to explore all areas of your life openly and honestly. In therapy, I see you as the expert of your own experiences, and together, we’ll create a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI)—approaches that are particularly effective in addiction counseling—but I’m also flexible and open to incorporating other therapeutic methods that align with your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, overcoming addiction, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support and guide you on your journey toward a better life.
